君と花 ～亡国の歌姫と騎士は転生して再び巡り逢う～

A knight and a songstress whose love once ended tragically are reincarnated, through the pity of God, into a beautiful world where flowers heal people's wounds. Char, a young "flower guardian" who protects people from flower-eating monsters known as "flower eaters," one day has a fateful reunion with Lena, the reincarnation of the songstress he loved in his past life. Char recalls his memories of his past life, but Lena has no recollection of them. Entrusting their frustrating feelings to the language of flowers, the two gradually begin to connect with each other, but... The despair of Char's past life casts a dark shadow over them both. This is a pure love fantasy set in another world, in which a clumsy knight and a cheerful former songstress are guided by flowers to weave their love once again. (Source: forcs, translated)
