ブルーハートドロップス

Mutsuki Mizuta has been secretly in love with his childhood friend, Junya Yayoi, for as long as he can remember. Will he swallow his tears and remain just a friend? Or will he...? (Source: Sankosha, translated) Note: Includes one extra chapter.
