For Choi Sungwon, nothing is more important than being recognized by his mother. Of course, the fact that his mother is the CEO of a major corporation doesn't exactly make things easy. All his life, Sungwon has known that he has certain expectations he must follow: dress well, be polite, and most importantly...be an alpha. Cruelly born a beta, Sungwon spends his days living a lie, presenting himself as the hardworking, accomplished, recessive alpha he wishes he could be. But once he meets college student-slash-bartender Park Hansol, things start to change... What if he's tired of pretending the be the perfect alpha? Perhaps he just wants a simply, happy relationship. But if there's one thing Sungwon knows, it's that there's nothing more cruel than unconditional kindness...
